: CashCommit exists to keep you accountable to reach your goals. For this reason, we don't normally allow you to cancel your commitment. We have faith in you!

We do understand that there are sometimes exceptional circumstances that mean you can't reach your goal. If you need to let us know about a mitigating factor then contact us directly, we're always happy to help.
: When you commit to your goal, you'll set up a payment method and we'll perform an active card check. We'll only ever process a payment if the deadline has passed and you haven't uploaded proof that you completed your goal. And, of course, we're here to keep you accountable – so we'll remind you as the deadline approaches.
: Absolutely - security is our top priority. We only work with vendors who are SOC 2 Type II compliant. All customer data is encrypted at rest with AES-256, and in transit via TLS. Payments are processed with Stripe, an industry leading payment processor which is regularly audited for security compliance.
